White South Africans still run the vast majority of businesses and the vast majority of land, and there hasn't been apropertransfer.
How can the answer be improved?
Used as stamp material POSS combines the advantages of hard stamps for high resolution printing and the possibility to tune the surface chemistry to enable apropertransfer of proteins.
European Polymer JournalApropertransfer from small specimens to large-scale structures requires the consideration of size and stress-gradient induced micro supports effects, which depend on material to loading type.
International Journal of FatigueBut the original Terminator finally gets apropertransfer to BluRay and looks terrific.
Huffington PostResults are impacted by the experience of the therapist and their idea of what constitutes apropertransfer, leading to less precise evaluations and a great degree of variability in transfer skills.
BioMed Research InternationalEstablishing apropertransferring mechanism: With the market economic development and agricultural market reforms, many rural workers transit to cities for employment, most of whom receive little NRCMS reimbursement [ 9].
BMC Health Services ResearchIt is shown that approximation problems reported in some recent researches are caused by a brutal combination of a poor approximation accuracy in the high-frequency range (a non-strictly proper approximation of a strictly propertransfer function!) and an excessive sensitivity of the design method to high-frequency additive plant uncertainties.
IFAC Proceedings Volumes$begingroup$For a strictly proper transfer function with no poles/zeros at infinity, I understand that it gives G(inf) = 0. What does it for a proper TF?

$begingroup$For a transfer function with more finite poles than finite zeros, the gain goes to zero as the frequency increases without bound.
For a transfer function with an equal number of finite poles and finite zeros, the gain will be non-zero as the frequency increases without bound. This is given by the 'D' term in the state space representation of the transfer function.
